Did You Know?

The Ostrich Festival, held annually at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler, Arizona, draws visitors from all over the state. This event features an old-fashioned community parade, live ostrich races, thrill rides and a chance to sample culinary delights such as Ostrich Burgers, Ostrich Jerky and fresh Emu Eggs.

Always ask for, and read carefully, the rules and regulations set down by the Home Owners Association, or HOA. It is important to know before you sign the paperwork if your four pet dogs will be unwelcome, or if the neighbors will have a problem if you change your carpet to tile.
